Mercury's backspin forced us to slow down and tap into our patience. As Mercury switches directions, we have a moment to review how our mindset has changed. This transit can usher in closure and completion. As the messenger planet resumes forward motion, we can take a practical look at how we want to move forward too. It's never too late to set goals for the new year, especially with a new moon in Aquarius just a few days away.

When the sun and Pluto merge in Capricorn, we can experience an ego death or rebirth of self. If you’ve been proclaiming, “new year, new me,” this is your moment. It can feel like we’re plummeting into the depths of ourself and shedding old layers to become new again as we make our way towards the new moon in Aquarius.
